How do we envision work—and leadership—in the future? In this panel, participants will explore the opportunities and challenges of female leadership and how social and cultural changes are enabling new models of work. Drawing on a wide range of perspectives, they will discuss the future of work and explore how we can stand together courageously today to question traditional structures and rethink them. The evening will open up a space for exchange, inspiration, and the power of joint initiatives on the path to greater equality and a fair, sustainable, and more equitable working world.
“Our society and, with it, the working world are in a state of constant and radical change. COVID, war, climate change, diversity, demography, digitalization—and now the increasing shift to the right—are all factors creating an uncertainty that questions established business models, working methods, and management strategies. In the face of these massive upheavals, businesses have no other choice but to improve.” —Lunia Hara, “Empathetic Leadership”
The panel discussion will be held in German and is organized as part of the current exhibition Close Enough . Perspectives by Women Photographers of Magnum at C/O Berlin.
