Sera Kalo is a Berlin-based, Caribbean-American singer, songwriter, and producer crafting a genre-fluid sound that defies easy categorization. Her debut album eXante was nominated for the 2023 German Record Critics’ Award, and she won the 2024 Female Producer Prize* from Sony Music and Music Women Germany. Currently nominated for the German Jazz Prize in the vocal category, Sera blends elements of neo-soul, hip hop, pop, jazz, electronic, experimental, and Latin/Caribbean styles into a musical language uniquely her own.
