The Internet is made up of a series of materials, constructions and interventions that are hidden from the naked eye: from inconspicuous buildings in the centers of our cities to urban beaches where the underwater cables that connect countries and continents are buried under the sand. Internet Tour is an initiative by artist Mario Santamaría that allows us to collectively explore this physical Internet infrastructure halfway between the tourist route of non-tourists, performance and education for lay people.
Accompanied by a guide who introduces each site, participants board a bus that takes them to the places where our emails, messages, likes, comments, videos and photos circulate.
