The photographs by the OSTKREUZ photographers bear witness to a time marked by feelings of both euphoria and uncertainty. Only one thing was certain back then: everything would change. In Berlin, these changes can be particularly well traced in the transformed urban space. Numerous photographs in the exhibition show places that still exist today but are hardly recognizable when compared to the historical images.
