We’re Here for You
Our staff receive health and safety training. For your own protection, please follow their instructions. Toilets, door handles, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized frequently throughout the day.
Tours and Group Reservations
Tours and group reservations are unfortunately not possible at this time.
Please avoid bringing bags larger than 25cm × 35cm × 10cm. Remember to bring a €1 coin or token to avoid needing to change money at our cash desks.
You are required to wear a medical face mask completely covering your mouth and nose (FFP2 or OP masks are acceptable) throughout the duration of your visit. Children under the age of 6 are exempt from this requirement. Individuals with valid proof of exemption from wearing a mouth and nose covering should contact a member of staff, who will provide you with a face visor in order to protect the other visitors to our exhibitions.
Please maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters from other visitors and from our staff. If you find that there are too many people in one room, proceed to the other exhibition areas. Our staff will be happy to help you as you visit the exhibitions.
