Sebastião Salgado . In Principio

From harvesting to drying and on to the moment in which the beans, packed into jute sacks, begin their journey towards Italy to be roasted—“In Principio” is a photographic journey with pictures of Sebastião Salgado. 60 black-and-white images describe the life of coffee growers and the different stages of coffee growing. The pictures are a tribute to the history, traditions and landscapes of the countries in which work the coffee growers. Salgados pictures were taken between 2002 and 2007 in Brazil, India, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Colombia.
