C/O Berlin's exhibitions, bookshop, and café all offer barrier-free access via the main entrance to the Amerika Haus. The long, gently sloping ramp starts at the right-hand side of the building. There is a doorbell to the left of the main entrance.
Elevator
The upper and lower levels are accessible by elevator.
Bathrooms
A disabled-accessible bathroom can be found on the ground floor; the entrance is through the café.
Parking spaces
There are disabled parking spaces in the parking garage immediately adjacent to the Amerika Haus.
A wheelchair is available for visitors to borrow. We do not lend it out for use off the premises. We recommend reserving the wheelchair in advance by calling:

Reduced fee for severely disabled persons (with at least 50% reduction in earning capacity), free admission for assistants.
